コンプレックス/ Insecurities
こんにちは！
みなさん、突然ですがコンプレックスってありますか？笑
私は昔から細身で体重がなかなか増えないのが悩みです。。
身体が薄っぺらくメリハリがなく胸もないので、むちむちな人をみると羨ましくなります（泣
でも、太りたいなんて言うと嫌味っぽく聞こえるのでなかなか言えませんよね。
私は言いますが←
肩幅も広く、太ももも腕も太くなりたーい！
胸もDカップ欲しい！
上半身も下半身も太くなりたい。（切実）
てな訳で、体重を８月までに3kg増やすのを目標に頑張ります
たくさん食べて、ワークアウトします！
お尻も100cm欲しいの。今は77cmしかない😭
スクワットがんばろー！
ワークアウトして汗をかくのは好きなので、それが体型改造に繋がることを信じて！
自分の理想の体型に近づけるために自分磨き頑張りましょう！
周りからのネガティブ発言もモチベーションに変える😤

Everyone has thier own insecurities, and I am very insecure about my body.
I really struggle with gaining weight. I was super skinny growing up and never had curves which I alwasy want!
When I go to my family party, they always tell me like
"You are supper skinny! you should eat more!"
"You need to gain more weight you are not attractive being this skinny!"
They say things like that in a teasing way though not a vicious way, you know like in Asian culture, they have no filter. lol
It harms people that already have self-image issues like I do.
It messes with your head.
Therefore, I decided to workout and gain more weight to boost my self-confidence.
I try to be the best version of myself ☺️
If you look good, you feel good, you know what I mean.

七夕/ Star Festival

みなさん、突然ですが世界情勢のニュースとか見ますか？
私は、アメリカに行って世界情勢や政治のことに興味を持ち始めたのがきっかけで自分で色々調べ始めました。（面白い）
知れば知るほどこの世界は闇だらけだなと思います😅
お金の流れや今の世の中の仕組みは
時代や歴史を遡って知れば知るほど深くて深くて、深い！笑
そして、学べば学ぶほど自分の無知さに気づきもっと学びたくなる✏️
一生勉強 よくいったものです。👏
テレビや新聞以外でも情報を得られるこの時代に、
マスコミが出している情報（テレビ/新聞）のみで物事を判断する人と
ネットから情報を得る人では意見が全く交わらない。そう感じます
情報が溢れかえって、何が正しいのかフェイクなのか見極めるスキルが大事ですよね！
新たなスキル（笑）
色んな情報を集めながら社会勉強していきたと思います！

私は、アメリカ🇺🇸かカナダ🇨🇦に海外移住することと早く結婚することです ☺️

I was talking to one of my family members about what's been happening/going on in this wild world.
I wonder if young people nowdays dicuss stuff like that with thier friends or family members often or not becasue for me, I like to discuss about those things and hear other people's opnions and thier thoughts as well. I love it !
We are expereiencing globalizaion on an daily basis and world is changing so fast everyday like you can tell that the world is so different before and after COVID whather you like it or not.
It's called "New Normal," but at the end of the day, we come to our own conclusions and shouldn't judge other people for that becasue what we believe in is different, and we know what's best for us.
By the way, it's TANABATA aka Star Festibal todayin Japan!

やっとやっと梅雨が明けました❤️
雨もたまにはいいけどやっぱり晴れてると気分が上がる！☺️
今日は、下着のボディーメイクをしてもらいました！
日本ではスラッとした細身の体型が好まれるけど、
海外（特にアメリカ）では、FitとかThickな感じの方が魅力的に思われることが多いですよね
普段から鍛えてる方をよく見るので、私も断然ジム通って筋肉があり体に厚みがある
女性は魅力的だなと思います！！
体型って人それぞれ悩みがあって
痩せたい人もいれば、太りたい人もいて、もう少し足が長ければなーとか、身長がとか
理想も目指してるところも人それぞれ！
みんな自分がなりたいベストな状態に近づけるといいですよね！
自分磨きをして健康になって人生を謳歌するぞー！

Summer is my favorite season, so I'm very excited to get some tan lol
I went to the lingerie store today that I always go to and had them teach me how to wear underwears correctly!
The beauty standard in Japan and US is quite different, but I would rather have a thick and fit body than just being skinny, but I'm super skinny 😭
I've been working on it !!
Every body is different.
Bone structure, body shape, size, and weight differ from person to person, but that's what makes you YOU.
You are BEAUTIFUL, and no one can say otherwise !
